Cursul de limba rusă este structurat în 12 module, fiecare modul durează două luni, cuprinzând 32 de ore de curs.

Ritmul de desfăşurare este de 2 şedinţe/săptămână a câte 2 ore, în intervalul 18:00 – 20:00 sau 18:30 – 20:30, iar zilele se stabilesc în funcţie de opţiunile majorităţii cursanţilor şi de programul profesorului.

Pentru nivelul elementar, pre-mediu, mediu și avansat, distribuirea cursanţilor în grupe se face pe baza unui test de plasare gratuit. Testul se descarcă din tabel (plan de curs), se completează şi se trimite la adresa de e-mail centrulariel.unibuc@gmail.com sau se aduce la sediul Ariel: str. Pitar Moş, nr. 7 – 13.

Taxa pentru un modul de limba rusă este 980 RON şi se poate achita fie integral la înscriere, fie 550 RON la înscriere şi 430 RON în primele două săptămâni de la începerea cursului. Neachitarea celei de-a doua rate în acest termen atrage după sine imposibilitatea de a participa în continuare la cursuri.
